Alright, let us analyze the Winning Organization Model using the KAPASITAS Framework (Commitment, Analysis, Process, Meaning, Synergy, Integration, Transformation, Adaptive, Success) developed by Mohamad Haitan Rachman.

1. Commitment (Komitmen)

This model emphasizes the importance of organizational commitment to value (Value Focus), effectiveness (Organization Effectiveness), and operational excellence (Operational Excellence). This commitment is illustrated by the foundation of effective leadership (Effective Leadership) as the central control. Without committed leadership, efforts to achieve excellence, value focus, and effectiveness will not be consistent.

2. Analysis (Analisa)

In this model, analysis is seen in the processes of measuring, controlling, and designing explained around effective leadership. Analysis is used to measure performance, control execution, and redesign strategies so that the organization remains focused on value creation and efficient processes.

3. Process (Proses)

The model underlines the importance of systematic processes through the following elements:

  • Operational Excellence: how internal processes are designed for efficiency.
  • Organization Effectiveness: how structures and systems support the mission.
  • Value Focus: how decisions are directed toward customer/stakeholder value.

All these processes are carried out by effective leadership through activities of analyzing, planning, prioritizing, executing, and improving.

4. Meaning (Arti)

The core meaning of this model is:

  • Why: always prioritizing value creation.
  • What: ensuring processes create value efficiently.
  • Doing: the right people, doing the right things, in the right way, at the right time.

This means the model gives deep meaning that a winning organization succeeds not only because of strategy but because of valuable and meaningful execution.

5. Synergy (Sinergi)

The Winning Organization Model demonstrates synergy among the three main elements (Value Focus, Operational Excellence, Organization Effectiveness) united by Effective Leadership. Without leadership that synergizes them, the organization will tend to be unbalanced—for instance, focusing only on efficiency while neglecting value or effectiveness.

6. Integration (Integrasi)

Integration is shown by the puzzle shape at the center of the model. Effective Leadership acts as the connector integrating value direction, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence. With this integration, strategy and execution align, enabling the organization to move as a single entity.

7. Transformation (Transformasi)

This model encourages organizational transformation through learning and continuous improvement. Transformation is not only technical change but also cultural—shifting from merely working to becoming an organization oriented to value, process, and effectiveness.

8. Adaptive (Adaptif)

Adaptiveness is represented in the statement at the bottom of the model: “Doing—the right people, doing the right things, in the right way, at the right time.” This means that a winning organization must be able to align people, processes, and decisions with the context of changing times, market demands, and stakeholder needs.

9. Success (Sukses)

Success in this model is the achievement of a Winning Organisation: one that focuses on value, is effective in structure and systems, excels in operations, and is led by leadership that connects and strengthens all aspects. Success is not only the final outcome but a continuous journey through commitment, analysis, process, meaning, synergy, integration, transformation, and adaptation.

Conclusion with KAPASITAS:
The Winning Organization Model illustrates that organizational success can only be achieved through effective leadership that integrates value focus, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence. With Commitment (Komitmen), Analysis (Analisa), Process (Proses), Meaning (Arti), Synergy (Sinergi), Integration (Integrasi), Transformation (Transformasi), Adaptive (Adaptif), and Success (Sukses), this model provides a practical framework for organizations to truly win in a dynamic environment.
