National defense is one of the most strategic responsibilities of every nation. In an increasingly complex geopolitical environment, defense is no longer determined solely by the size of military forces or the sophistication of weapon systems. Modern defense capability depends on the ability to integrate advanced technologies, industrial capacity, scientific research, government policy, and human expertise into a unified and resilient ecosystem.
Emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), autonomous systems, cybersecurity, quantum computing, advanced manufacturing, space technologies, robotics, and next-generation communication networks are rapidly transforming the defense landscape. At the same time, global supply chain disruptions, cyber threats, hybrid warfare, and technological competition have highlighted the importance of strengthening domestic defense industries and fostering closer collaboration among stakeholders.
Traditional defense organizations often operate through separate institutions, where defense manufacturers, military organizations, research laboratories, universities, and government agencies work independently with limited coordination.
