OVERVIEW
KAPASITAS is a 9-element framework designed to guide strategic and reflective prompt writing for use in leadership, innovation, development, and education. Each element helps deepen the thinking process and structure ChatGPT interactions toward clarity, collaboration, and transformation.
K – Komitmen (Commitment)
A – Analisa (Analysis)
P – Proses (Process)
A – Arti (Meaning)
S – Sinergi (Synergy)
I – Integrasi (Integration)
T – Transformasi (Transformation)
A – Adaptif (Adaptive)

ELEMENTS & PROMPT USE
K – Komitmen
- Purpose: Explore intent, dedication, or leadership alignment.
- Prompt Starters:
- “What type of commitment is needed to initiate [program/project]?”
- “Explore the role of leadership commitment in [context]…”
- Example:What forms of leadership commitment are needed to initiate a nationwide literacy movement?
A – Analisa
- Purpose: Analyze problems, risks, causes, and opportunities.
- Prompt Starters:
- “Analyze the barriers to [goal/process]…”
- “What are the strengths and weaknesses of [system/model]?”
- Example:Analyze the challenges faced by startups in scaling social innovation in Southeast Asia.
P – Proses
- Purpose: Map out sequences, systems, or development paths.
- Prompt Starters:
- “Describe the process of implementing [program/strategy]…”
- “What are the phases of change in [initiative]…”
- Example:Describe the process of developing a city-level innovation lab.
A – Arti
- Purpose: Understand meaning, interpretation, or cultural significance.
- Prompt Starters:
- “What is the meaning of [concept] in the context of [group/society]?”
- “Why is [principle/idea] important in [setting]…”
- Example:What is the meaning of ‘resilience’ for youth after the COVID-19 pandemic?
S – Sinergi
- Purpose: Explore collaboration, partnerships, and collective impact.
- Prompt Starters:
- “How can stakeholders build synergy in [field]?”
- “Explore multi-sector collaboration for [goal]…”
- Example:How can local governments, schools, and NGOs create synergy to reduce dropout rates?
I – Integrasi
- Purpose: Combine systems, disciplines, or frameworks.
- Prompt Starters:
- “Propose an integrated approach to [challenge]…”
- “How can [tools/methods] be integrated to improve [process]?”
- Example:Propose an integrated model combining STEM and local wisdom in school curricula.
T – Transformasi
- Purpose: Focus on innovation, systemic change, or new paradigms.
- Prompt Starters:

A – Adaptif
- Purpose: Address resilience, agility, and response to change.
